Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel a booking within 24 hours of the scheduled time, please contact us immediately. We will make every effort to accommodate your request.

1. Cancellations made within 24 hours before the scheduled time won’t be reimbursed.
2. Cancellations made between 48 and 24 hours before the scheduled time will incur a cancellation fee for 50% the total cost of the booking.
3. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled time will incur no fee.
