Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel a booking within 24 hours of the scheduled time, please contact us immediately. We will make every effort to accommodate your request.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours before the scheduled time won’t be reimbursed.
- Cancellations made between 48 and 24 hours before the scheduled time will incur a cancellation fee for 50% the total cost of the booking.
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled time will incur no fee.
